About Wolodymyr Strileckyj

Wolodymyr Strileckyj graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1978. He began practicing law in 1979 after settling in Springfield, Ohio, where he took part in establishing the local office of the Legal Aid Society Of West Central Ohio. Attorney Strileckyj worked as an Assistant Clark County, Ohio Prosecutor from 1985 until 1988, when he started practicing privately. 
His practice areas include domestic and family issues including divorce, custody, and juvenile cases. He also accepts felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, including OVI (alcohol impaired driving) and other traffic citations, such as license suspensions and speeding.  
Attorney Strileckyj handles a variety of civil litigation and defense matters involving landlord-tenant disputes, debt collection, and probate beneficiary litigation. He also practices in the Federal Bankruptcy Court, Southern District in Dayton, Ohio filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcies. Other areas of practice include Will preparation, Powers of Attorney, Estates and Guardianships.
Wolodymyr Strileckyj is a member of the Clark, Champaign, Greene and Madison County Bar Associations and is a certified mediator and accredited guardian ad litem. He practices in many surrounding Counties in addition to those mentioned, including Franklin, Logan, Montgomery and Union.
